Winter Series –
Round 2 Results

Twenty-three skippers competed in ideal conditions at Austin Lakes RS on Saturday for Round 2 of the Winter Series.

With a steady 10–14 knot south-easterly providing perfect racing conditions, the fleet enjoyed close and competitive racing right throughout the afternoon.

John Heard sailed consistently across all races to take the overall win ahead of Graham Cowling and Stephen Elkington.

Several lead changes in the final races kept everyone on their toes, with tight mark roundings and smart tactical calls making for some great viewing from the bank.
